On the western side of Cap d'Antibes, a few minutes from the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc and the beaches of La Garoupe and Les Ondes, Appartement Aurelia opens onto a sweeping view of the Mediterranean, the bay of Juan-les-Pins, the hills of Cannes and the Estérel. Redesigned by an architect in 2024, its 131 m² are dressed in marble, granite, oak, linen and cashmere, and extend onto a 75 m² south-west-facing terrace made for long lunches and sunsets. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing area, a secure residence with swimming pool and landscaped gardens, and the beach 400 metres away complete a rare address on the Cap.
