Late spring brings the bay to life without the summer crowds — the water clear, the terraces warm, the old town unhurried. The finest view villas remain available to those who plan ahead.
July – August
The harbour fills with visiting yachts and the town reaches its peak, while the hillside villas above keep their distance from it all. The significant residences are reserved well in advance.
September – October
September leaves the bay at its warmest and quietest, the light turning precise and golden over the rade — for many, the coast at its very best.
Getting to Cannes
International private jets arrive at Nice Côte d’Azur, around fifteen minutes west, with full customs and FBO facilities and a chauffeured transfer waiting.
A few minutes by helicopter from Nice to the Monaco heliport or a coastal pad, with a vehicle waiting — for clients whose time on the ground is measured carefully.
Fleet vehicles are held throughout your stay for movement between the residence, the quay, the beaches and excursions along the corniches.
The high-speed service from Paris reaches Nice in under six hours, with a short chauffeured transfer completing the journey to Villefranche.
