Cap d'Antibes in late spring is the peninsula at its most private — the gardens at their fullest, the sea warming, the Eden-Roc terraces open before the summer arrivals. The finest estates remain available, and clients who understand the calendar reserve this window deliberately.

The Côte d'Azur converges on the Cap — the Jazz à Juan festival, the season at Eden-Roc, superyachts filling Port Vauban. Behind their walls, none of it intrudes. The most significant villas are allocated months, often a year, in advance; engage early or accept limitation.

Getting to Cannes
