The Chalets lift is 700 metres away; the Combes lift and the Pas du Lac 1 gondola are both at 800 metres — two minutes by car, or a short walk when conditions allow. At 1 750 metres, Mottaret holds the most dependable snow cover in the Méribel valley, which is the practical reason to choose this sector. Geneva 2 h 15, Chambéry 1 h 30, Lyon 2 h 30 by road. Moûtiers is thirty minutes away, served by TGV from Paris and by the ski Eurostar from London in season. Chambéry, Grenoble and Annecy take private jets; a helicopter from Geneva or Chambéry saves several hours on a changeover Saturday.
The rate covers the property alone. Chef, chalet manager, housekeeping, driver, lift passes, equipment fitting, instructors and in-chalet treatments are arranged by our team and quoted separately, in a single quotation before any commitment.
