The 2027 Monaco Grand Prix takes place from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 June 2027. Its 84th edition brings a first: Monaco joins the Formula 1 sprint calendar, with two qualifying sessions, a sprint race and the Grand Prix on Sunday. Three days on which the track matters means longer stays — all the more reason to secure early the villa that will be your base for the weekend.
Residences overlooking the circuit, or within walking distance of the paddock, are always the first to be committed. For June 2027, now is when they are reserved.
What changes in 2027 for your stay
Under the current sprint format, Friday is no longer a quiet practice day: a qualifying session already takes place, and every day of the weekend carries something at stake. To miss nothing, most of our clients arrive on Thursday 3 June and leave on the Monday. The detailed timetable will be published by Formula 1 and the Automobile Club de Monaco in the coming months.

At Monaco’s door: Cap-d’Ail and Beausoleil
On the French side, Beausoleil rises above Monte-Carlo and Cap-d’Ail extends Fontvieille. Here you find real villas, often with a pool and sea views, minutes from the circuit — the right balance between proximity and privacy, with more generous volumes than inside the Principality.
Quieter: Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Èze, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat
For families or groups who want to entertain, the large estates of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Èze and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat offer space and privacy the centre cannot. Transfers run by chauffeured car, by boat or by helicopter, each one timed to the session schedule.

For June 2027 the useful window opens now: autumn and winter still leave a choice between several circuit-view residences, while spring leaves only what remains.
