Behind its Provençal façade and balustraded terraces, the villa offers some 330 m² of light-filled living space, five bedrooms including a master suite with its own dressing room, and a separate staff apartment. Around the house, 1,800 m² of landscaped gardens, shaded by palms, olive trees and cypresses, lead to a heated swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and several dining terraces: an intimate setting for a summer in Cannes, close to everything yet entirely private.
