Yes — we regularly place private chefs aboard charter yachts for day cruises and extended voyages. Galley cooking requires the right chef — our team selects professionals with offshore experience and knowledge of provisioning under passage.
For summer evenings (July–August), we recommend 2–4 weeks’ advance notice for standard engagements. The most sought-after chefs in our network book out quickly in peak season. Week-long placements and large event catering should be arranged 4–8 weeks ahead.
Yes — all dietary requirements are discussed during the pre-engagement menu consultation. Coeliac, halal, vegan, nut allergies, and complex multi-guest requirements are handled with skill by our chef roster. We flag dietary needs before chef assignment to ensure the best match.
