The best Festival villas are allocated by November of the preceding year. Contact us in autumn — 6 months minimum is required for prime properties.

Confirm Access
Accreditation, yacht charter, and concierge programme confirmed. Dining reservations open from March.

Cannes Film Festival — FAQ
We recommend contacting us 6–12 months ahead. The finest villas on or near La Croisette are allocated to returning clients first — many are fully reserved by December of the preceding year. Yacht charter availability during the Festival is equally limited. Earlier is always better.
We assist with accreditation facilitation for industry professionals attending on business. We can also arrange invitation-only access to specific events, parties, and screenings through our Festival network. Full Palais access requires an industry connection — we guide you through the process.
A private villa above La Croisette or a motor yacht moored in port offers the most exclusive Festival base. Hotels — even the Carlton and Martinez — involve shared spaces and lack the privacy of a dedicated villa. Many of our clients combine both: villa by night, yacht as private daytime escape.
Yes — the Festival can be experienced magnificently without industry accreditation. Villa accommodation, yacht charter, access to public screenings and the evening atmosphere of La Croisette, and the full Riviera experience during the most glamorous fortnight of the year is exceptional in itself.
